Everybody’s loves musicals, right?  It reminds them of Sound of Music and dancing with Julie Andrews across the hills of Germany.  It reminds us of a little  country village, inhabited by Jewish families living simple lives, like the family of Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof.  It reminds us of laughter, singing, dancing, and fun with the whole family.

My sister, Rebekah, had a dream of doing a musical review.  It would bring the best of Broadway Musicals (well, mostly Broadway) and mix them for a fun, entertaining evening.  It would bring back old favorites like, ‘Do Re Mi,’ Matchmaker,’  ‘All I Ask of You’, and others from less popular but still heartwarming such as ‘Memory’ from Cats and ‘You Two’ from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

This event is a Musical Review.  We want to see a renewal of  an appreciation of beautiful, simple music and dance within the community.  Our desire is to give families an opportunity to spend a fun night out, hearing fun and familiar songs that we all love and cherish.  We want to provide wholesome entertainment and songs that will make you laugh and cry.

We are choosing songs from a variety of different musicals.   Previously, we put on 2 other musicals and were very pleased with the results.  Around 17 of we actors and actresses enjoyed performing the music review twice  for about 200 people.

You won’t miss favorites like Oliver!, Sound of Music, Les Miserables, Annie, Fiddler on the Roof, and many more.

Come Join us! It will be a fun night of music and laughter for the whole family!
